Your profile photo

By default your panel picture is the avatar of your linked Discord account. You can replace it with a photo of your own. It is then shown everywhere your name appears: the account menu, team members, activity logs, chat and your friends lists.

The picture shown is chosen in this order: your own photo, then your Discord avatar, then your initials on a coloured disc.

📷 Upload a photo

  1. Open the account menu at the top right and click Profile.
  2. In Profile information, click Choose a photo.
  3. Pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP picture of up to 2 MB.
  4. Check the preview, then click Use this photo.

The panel crops your picture to a square, resizes it to 256 x 256 pixels and saves a fresh copy. Camera and location data stored in the original file (EXIF) is not kept. Animated GIFs are not accepted.

↩️ Go back to your Discord avatar

On the same screen, click Use my Discord avatar (Remove photo if no Discord account is linked). Your photo is deleted from the panel and your Discord avatar, or your initials, shows again. Deleting your account also deletes your photo.

🚩 Report a photo

Any signed-in member can report the photo of another member that they find inappropriate:

  • In Friends, open the ... menu on a friend and choose Report photo.
  • In a team's Members list, click Report photo next to the member.

Write a short reason and send it. You can report a given member's photo again only once your previous report on it has been handled. Reports are read by the YAWBDB team, and the member is never told who reported them.

🛡️ What the team can do

The team reviews reported photos in Admin > Profile photos. For each report it can:

  • Remove the photo: the file is deleted and the member goes back to their Discord avatar. The member is told by email, and the action is written to the admin log.
  • Remove and block uploads: same, and the member can no longer upload a photo until the team allows it again.
  • Dismiss the report: the photo stays.

If your photo was removed and you think it is a mistake, contact support.
