Feature not appearing

You expect a feature on your server's Features page, but it's not listed — or it's listed but won't enable.

🗂️ Features are per-server

Features are configured per server. Make sure you selected the right server from the dashboard before looking for the feature.

🧪 The feature may be in beta

Some features are rolled out gradually. A feature in beta mode is only visible to servers on its whitelist. If a feature you saw announced doesn't show up for your server, it may simply not be available to you yet — contact the platform team if you'd like access.

🚫 You may not have access to the server's settings

Only members of the team that owns the server on the panel can view and configure it. If the server itself is missing from your dashboard:

• Confirm you're logged in with the right account
• Ask the server's panel owner to add you to their team

🔒 The feature shows but won't enable

• Some features require initial configuration before they can be turned on — open the feature and fill in the required fields first.
• If saving fails, check that the bot is still in the Discord server (configuration often needs to read channels and roles from Discord).

🆘 Still missing?

Log out and back in, then re-select the server. If it persists, report it through /ticket on the support server or the panel's ticket system.
