What is YAWBDB?

YAWBDB — Yet Another Web Based Discord Bot — is an all-in-one Discord bot managed from a full web dashboard.

Instead of configuring everything through slash commands, JSON files, or scattered Discord messages, YAWBDB lets you manage your server from a browser: enable features, adjust settings, review moderation history, handle reports and tickets, configure XP rewards, manage AI memory, and more.

⏰ Scheduled Messages

Plan messages ahead and have the bot post them automatically — once, or repeating daily, weekly or monthly. Great for reminders, rules refreshers and recurring announcements.

Announce new posts from the creators you follow — YouTube videos, Twitch streams going live, Reddit and Bluesky posts, or any RSS feed — in the channel of your choice, with an optional role mention and your own message.

🎨 Embed Builder

Compose rich Discord embeds in the panel with a live preview — title, description, colour, author, fields, images, footer — then post them to a channel or save them as reusable templates. The same editor powers Custom Command replies and Scheduled Messages.

🎂 Birthdays

Members save their birthday once with /birthday set — remembered across every server the bot is in, not re-typed each time — and the bot wishes them a happy one on the day, in the channel and at the hour you choose, with an optional temporary birthday role. A member is announced at most once a year, and can erase their date at any time.

🎮 Games

A hub of community games, each switched on separately. Wordle gives your server one five-letter word a day — the same for everyone, everywhere — with streaks, leaderboards, a daily recap and an embedded Discord Activity. Alongside it sit quick mini-games: Hangman, Rock Paper Scissors (against the bot or as a duel), Trivia, a magic 8-ball and a love calculator. Every game can be limited to certain channels, given a cooldown, and made to grant XP — and all of them report into your server Insights.

Build forms in the panel — short answers, long answers, single choice and multiple choice — and members fill them in from a real Discord pop-up with /form open. Guard a form behind a role, put it on a cooldown, or limit it to one answer per member.

Gate your server behind a verification step — new members click a button (and optionally solve a captcha) to get a verified role that unlocks access. Optional auto-kick for accounts that never verify.
