Reports and tickets use statuses to show where the conversation is in the staff workflow.
π·οΈ Discord Report statuses
π‘ Pending
The report has been created and is waiting for staff review.
π Under Review
Staff has acknowledged the report and is investigating.
β Resolved
The report was handled and closed as valid or completed.
π« Dismissed
The report was closed without further action.
This may happen if the report is invalid, lacks evidence, or does not require staff action.
π·οΈ Ticket statuses
π’ Open
The ticket has been created and is waiting for staff response.
π΅ In Progress
Staff has started handling the ticket.
βͺ Closed
The ticket has been completed or ended.
Closed tickets may become read-only for the opener.

The appeal was submitted and is waiting for review.
π Under Review
Staff is reviewing the appeal.
β Accepted
Staff accepted the appeal.
For bans, this may also trigger an unban if the bot has permission.

Staff rejected the appeal.

The appeal is no longer active.

Internal notes are for staff only and are not visible to the user.
