The bot is in my server but nothing happens — why?

The invite link does not pre-grant any Discord permission — you stay in control. Grant the YAWBDB role the permissions your features need, and place it above the roles it must manage.

Which Discord permissions does each feature need?

Every feature has its own small permission set — moderation needs Ban/Kick/Timeout, leveling needs Manage Roles, recording needs Connect/Speak, and so on.
