Email Verification & Mailings 🔒

A security upgrade for everyone, clearer automod logs, and proper email controls.

🔒 New security measure: email verification

To keep your accounts safe, all panel accounts must now verify their email address.

• If your account isn't verified yet, the panel shows a prompt at your next visit — click Send verification email, open the link, and you're done. Check your spam folder if needed.
• Accounts that log in with Discord are already verified — nothing to do. ✅

📬 Product news by email

We can now send occasional product emails (release news, important updates) — with full control on your side:

• A one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer of every email — no login needed, with an undo if you clicked by mistake
• A "Product news & mailings" toggle in Profile → Email Notifications
• Your existing notification preferences are always respected

📜 Terms & Privacy

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are now published — including exactly what data we store, for how long, how voice recordings are handled, and your GDPR rights.

🛡️ Automod: see what was caught

Sanction reasons now show which word or pattern triggered a rule — in your log channel, the member's DM and the moderation history. Bad word detected: "xxx" (pattern: yyy) — no more guessing.
