π« Discord Tickets β /ticket
Discord members can now open a private support ticket directly from your server with /ticket subject category [details].
Available categories: Technical Issue Β· Billing Β· Appeal Β· General Β· Other
When a ticket is opened, the bot creates a private Discord channel β visible only to the opener and your configured staff roles. A pinned embed shows the full ticket details alongside two action buttons:
- π In Progress β mark it as being handled
- β Close β close the ticket
The opener and staff can exchange messages freely. Everything is synced in real time with the panel thread β messages sent on Discord appear on the panel instantly, and replies sent from the panel appear as embeds in Discord.
When a ticket is closed, the opener automatically loses the ability to send messages (they keep read-only access to the history). Only staff can reopen it from the panel.
π Panel β Tickets page
Accessible from the server card via the new Tickets button.
- π Paginated list with filters by status (Open / In Progress / Closed) and category
- π¬ Detail page with a chat-bubble thread β staff messages on the right, user on the left
- π Status changes update the Discord embed immediately, in both directions
- π Internal staff note β never visible to the opener
- π₯ Export the full thread as
.mdor.html - ποΈ Delete ticket with triple confirmation β also removes the Discord channel
Warnings are displayed if the feature is not enabled or the Discord category is not yet configured.
π§ Email notifications
Two new toggles in Profile β Email Notifications:
- π« Discord ticket replies β notifies the opener (if they have a linked panel account) when staff replies, skipped if they are active on Discord
- π New Discord tickets (staff) β notifies server moderators when a new ticket is opened
Both are on by default and can be toggled independently.
π¨ Report improvements
β‘ Real-time status sync β both directions When a report's status changes β from the panel or from a Discord button β the Discord embed updates immediately and the panel detail page reflects the change live, no refresh needed. Other staff viewing the same report see it update in real time.
π Read-only after resolution When a report is resolved or dismissed, the reporter loses the ability to send messages in the Discord channel (read-only history). Action buttons are removed from Discord β there is no Reopen button. Staff must use the panel to reopen.
ποΈ Delete from panel A Delete button is now available on report detail pages (triple confirmation). Deleting a report also removes the Discord channel.
π¨ Redesigned detail page The report detail page now uses the same 2-column layout as tickets: chat-bubble thread on the left, with a right sidebar for status, report info, sanction form, and staff note. The reply box is hidden once the report is closed.
π Bell β Moderation section
A new entry appears in the notification bell for server moderators:
- β° Sanctions expiring in the next 24 hours β each one is listed with the affected user, server, and exact expiry time. Triggers the bell dot so nothing slips through.
βοΈ Configuring Discord Tickets
Go to Panel β your server β Features β Discord Tickets and set:

- π‘οΈ Staff roles β Discord roles with access to ticket channels

Other planned features are on the way with improvements to existing ones, notifications, mailing, ...
